Colour Lit will graciously accept returns of product/s purchased from www.colourlit.com

At this time we do not take exchanges. 

If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 14 days upon receipt to return for a refund.  To qualify for a return, you must email refunds@colourlit.com within 14 days of receiving the order. At Colour Lit customer service and quality of our products are our number on priority.  To maintain a high level of customer service please include the reason for return as well as the original order number in your email.

All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.

Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund.
All sales are final for false lashes due to the nature of the product.

Please note Colour Lit is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Colour Lit is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

 

Once the item/s for return are received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping.

How long does it take to process my return?

Upon delivery of your item, returns can take 48 hours to be processed through our system. After we refund your order, it can take a few days to clear with your bank.

 

Can I exchange my color?

We apologize at this time we do not offer exchanges.

 

The color I want is sold out. What do I do next? 

We are so sorry your shade selection is currently unavailable. We are doing all we can to bring back any sold out shades as soon as possible. Please follow us on Instagram @colourlit to keep up to date on the latest restocks and launches.
